Volunteering and Internship Opportunities
InternshipsThe Q Center offers a number of professional internship opportunities. Interns are important to the work of the Center and are fully integrated staff members. BSW (Bachelor's of Social Work) internships are available for the full academic year for approximately 20 hours per week. Interested students should work through the Social Work Field Office to schedule an interview with Q Center staff. CDCI or HDEV (Human Development) internships are also available for fall and spring semesters. This internship opportunity meets the requirements for HDEV 475. Interested applicants should work through the Community Liaison staff position within the department of Human Development to get in contact with Q Center staff. A posting for CDCI internships can be found on Handshake through HireBING. We currently do not accept interns not pursuing academic credits through BSW, HDEV, CDCI, or another qualifying program.
